Investing in Energy Healing is an investment in your health.
Your session begins with a check-in, focusing on what concerns and ailments you are bringing to the table to be addressed during our time together. This usually runs about 10-15 minutes. (Please note - If you have a more complex health history, the assessment portion may run considerably longer than 10-15 minutes, depending on where you are at with your healing process.)
The session proceeds with an hour (or more, depending on what needs to be addressed during the session) of a combination of Reiki, Shamanism, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, Plant Spirit Medicine, and working with my team of Spirit Guides and your Spirit Guides, as I am guided. The energies I work with are subtle and gentle in nature, yet powerful and profound in the results they achieve. I will be looking at your overall energy field, the wholeness of your chakras, where you may be corded or leaking energy, identifying blocks, stuck energy, and aspects of past life energies that are not serving you. Working with my higher spirit guides and your higher spirit guides, we will clear out what is no longer serving you on an energetic level, filling those spaces with healing light after they have been cleared. Any cords that are detrimental to your well being will be lovingly released, grounding and centering all involved for the highest good of all involved.
Many messages can come through during an energy healing session, including what healing is needed for you at this time, information from past lives, messages from loved ones who have passed on, guidance about where you are at along your life path, and what may be coming in for you in the future.
The session ends with a breakdown of what areas were worked on, energetic blocks and any cords that were released, messages from Spirit or Spirit Guides that wish to make themselves known, insight and guidance into your healing path, and time for questions you may have about your session to be answered. This usually runs about 30 minutes, but may run longer depending on how much information has come through during the session.
Allow 2 to 3 hours for your session, some sessions may run shorter, others longer, all depending on the healing needs at the time. Please remember to drink plenty of water before and after your session as we will be moving a lot of energy through you during the session. Drinking water helps to flush out any toxins that may be released during a session.

Energy Healing Session Fees:
Energy Healing Sessions are billed at the rate of $125 per Hour
Plan for a minimum of 2-3 Hours for your session
If a session goes beyond the length of time booked, a rate of $125 per hour will apply to the overage.
